BusyGal BEES Referral Program
Terms & Conditions
For every referral that comes through the unique tracking link provided to you who then becomes a paying BusyGal BEES student directly through your efforts, you will receive one referral reward – currently valued at 30% up to 50% of the advertised price of the course the student chooses to enroll, and dependent upon the Referral Program Tier under which you are working. Rewards are listed in the BusyGal BEES division of this website (The BEES Referral Program Sign Up Page) and are subject to change at any time without notice. The referral reward that’s in effect when the referred customer signs up will be the referral reward you are eligible to earn. There are no limits on the number of rewards you can earn, so long as you play by the rules.

WHAT ARE THE REFERRAL PROGRAM TIERS?
There are 2 Tiers of Referral Partnership Programs:
Strategic
​
At the Strategic Tier, you will be entitled to 30% of the selling price of each course sold through the utilization of the unique tracking link provided to you upon signing up. Commissions will be paid out 45 days after referred customers pay for their purchased course/(s).

Celebrity
​
At the Celebrity Tier, you will be entitled to 50% of the selling price of each course sold through the utilization of the unique tracking link provided to you upon your acceptance of the BEES Celebrity Tier Invitational. Commissions will be paid out 45 days after referred customers pay for their purchased course(s). In order to be considered for the Celebrity Tier, a candidate must have easily verified social proof (via Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc...) that s/he has a minimum of 25,000 followers on any one social platform.

HOW DO I SEND YOU A REFERRAL?
All referrals must come through your unique tracking link. Leads sent in any other manner outside of the unique tracking URL will not be eligible for the referral reward.

WHAT REFERRALS ARE ELIGIBLE?
Referrals must be brand-new leads in our system. Only New contacts will qualify for the referral reward. You will not be eligible for a referral reward for referrals who are existing BusyGal customers. If a former BusyGal client has terminated their relationship with us after a period of at least 12 months, you will be able to receive credit for their re-signing with us.
If your referral contact purchases and then cancels within 30 days, you will not receive a referral reward for that referral.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY REFERRALS?
Once BEES receives your referrals they will be vetted by our Sales Development team to ensure that the referral is a qualified lead, which is completely up to BusyGal's discretion.

WHERE CAN I SEE MY REFERRALS?
You will have access to a portal where you can find your unique tracking link, stats on your referrals, and information on your payouts. Your referrals will show up once they have been qualified by BusyGal. You will then be notified when they become a paying student/customer, or if they do not become a paying student/customer.

HOW AND WHEN DO I GET PAID?
All payouts via the referral program will come through PayPal. You must have a valid PayPal email address set up in your Referral Partner account plus a valid W4 on file with us in order to receive payment from BusyGal. Once your referral becomes a BEES customer, we have a 30-day wait period to ensure they do not cancel. After that period is up, your payout will be approved and you will receive payment on the 20th of the month following payout approval. If you do not have your PayPal email address set up, or your W4 on file with us within the portal, you will not receive payment.

HOW CAN I SHARE MY LINK? AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, HOW CAN I NOT SHARE MY LINK?
No spamming or bulk emailing is allowed to generate referrals. You may only send a referral email to people you personally know or who have opted into your marketing efforts. Any unsolicited sending of a referral email in volume may result in the cancellation of your BusyGal BEES Referral Partner account and any outstanding referral rewards. You are not permitted to share your link through any form of Paid Search advertising (Google AdWords, etc.) or paid social media advertising. You may share on your organic social media accounts.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T FOLLOW THESE RULES?
Any attempt to fraudulently take advantage of the BusyGal BEES Referral Program may result in the cancellation of your BusyGal BEES account and non-payment of your referral rewards.

WHAT ABOUT THE LEGAL JARGON?
BusyGal BEES is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by you or your referrals while participating in the program. BusyGal BEES reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time. All changes will be posted on this website and will not be directly communicated to any participants.

BusyGal BEES reserves the right to terminate the account(s) of any referring partner and/or referred customer or decide not to provide a credit for any reason, including if BusyGal BEES suspects that there is some abuse of the program by either or both parties.

By participating in the BusyGal BEES Referral Program, each participant acknowledges reading and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, BusyGal Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update this Referral Partnership Policy at any time. We encourage our users to regularly check this page for any changes or updates.
